Kingswood School in Bath is a highly rated co-educational boarding and day school, where the pupils achieve consistently excellent academic results.
Following a large scale project with John Perkins construction, they were looking for a company to complete a smaller project and John Perkins construction recommended Matthew Clarke at Alabas.
Project Details
The initial project undertaken was the adaption of a mezzanine floor and the construction of two offices and two glazed teaching pods within the original building.
A steel access bridge leading to a new entrance with aluminium doors was also built as part of the same project.
All elements were completed to a high standard including decoration, electrics, flooring etc, leading to a later request to undertake a further project – to assist with the refurbishment of two boarding houses, which the Alabas team happily carried out.
Additionally, other maintenance jobs around the school have been completed in kitchens, bathrooms etc
