When we recommend a building company to a client it is vital that they do a good job, or it reflects badly on us. Luckily, both the client and ourselves were very happy with the work that Alabas undertook. They project managed the build as well as completing the works, making the whole process stress free and the result is just as requested.
M&P Property Consultants recommended us to the client, with the brief to provide an independent entrance from a retail unit on Queens Road in Clifton into the offices above.
Works included the adaptation of the shopfront including the installation of new walls and an entrance door. The existing electrics were altered to accommodate the separate properties with decorations, flooring and glazed new entrance doors also installed.
The Alabas team are always a pleasure to work with . They have undertaken a number of office remodelling projects for us, and each time we have been really pleased with the work they've completed. They just get on with the job in hand, whilst being consistently approachable and friendly.
